Dirk Adriaenssen serves as Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Executive Team of Helvetica.

He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management across European markets, including more than ten years in Switzerland.

Before joining Helvetica, he advised on the integration of Credit Suisse’s corporate real estate business into UBS. Previously, he was Country Managing Director Switzerland and Central Europe at Redevco

He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Brussels and is accredited as MRICS.
