Helvetica’s corporate governance is organized on two levels: through the Board of Directors of Helvetica Group AG and a separate Board of Directors for the FINMA-regulated fund management company—Helvetica Asset Management AG. The Group’s Board of Directors sets the strategic direction for the entire Group and oversees its implementation.

The Board of Directors of the fund management company is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the regulated fund business and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Supervision and operational management are clearly separated. The Executive Board manages the day-to-day operations of Helvetica Asset Management AG and implements the strategy approved by the Board of Directors.
