All properties are GEAK-certified. The investment horizon is focused on long-term preservation of asset value through targeted appreciation and the distribution of strong returns.

The fund shares are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and can be traded in accordance with the SIX Swiss Exchange's standard for collective investment schemes.
