Dominik Fischer

Chief Executive Officer of Helvetica

Dominik Fischer has over a decade of experience in institutional Swiss real estate investment and asset management, covering portfolio management, transactions and real estate capital markets.

He first joined Helvetica in 2016 and became Head of Investments in 2023. In January 2024, he was appointed Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Executive Team. In 2025, he became Chief Executive Officer.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in real estate from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
