Dominik Fischer

CEO

Dominik Fischer is CEO of Helvetica and is responsible for the management, further development, and strategic direction of the entire organization. He ensures that the defined corporate and fund objectives are achieved and maintains close relationships with clients and investors. As a member of the Investment Committee, he is responsible for implementing the investment strategy, investment process, and financing structure of the Helvetica funds.

He is driving Helvetica's transformation into a modern, institutional platform with a clear focus on ESG-compliant investments, digitalization, and the development of new investor segments. His leadership style is based on transparent communication, data-driven management, and a team-oriented culture.

Since joining the company in 2016, he has worked in asset management, portfolio management, and transaction management, gradually assuming leadership responsibility. From January 1, 2024, he was Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and a member of the Executive Board. On November 1, 2025, he was appointed CEO.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in real estate from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
