Expansion of the Board of Directors of Helvetica Property Investors AG

Helvetica Property Investors AG has appointed Theodor Härtsch, a renowned and experienced lawyer specialized in banking and financial market law, capital market transactions and compliance, to the Board of Directors. He has joined the Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Theodor Härtsch (Swiss Citizen, born 1970) is lic. iur. Attorney at Law and a Partner at Walder Wyss Attorneys at Law. He is Head of the Banking & Finance Team of Walder Wyss in Zurich und advises banks and corporate clients in financing matters (debt and equity financings). Furthermore, he has extensive experience in capital markets law and public M&A matters. He is also specialized on the topic of corporate and capital markets compliance as well as regulatory matters. In the area of collective investment schemes, Theodor Härtsch supports clients in licensing and distribution matters. He regularly publishes in his practice areas.
