Gaudenz von Capeller, new CFO of Helvetica Property Group
Gaudenz von Capeller has worked in controlling and finance since his apprenticeship as a commercial employee and his studies in business administration HWV. He successfully completed a management training at the IMD in Lausanne. In his last position at the pharmaceutical company CarboGen Amicis AG he was responsible for the entire finance and administration area with profit responsibility.

With his broad national and international experience in the banking, service and industrial sectors, Gaudenz von Capeller will strengthen the Helvetica Property Group as CFO.

Travis Callahan, new fund manager of the Helvetica Property Group
Travis Callahan graduated from the American International College, received his doctorate in law from Boston College Law School and is admitted to the US Federal Court. He also completed a Master of Banking and Finance at the University of St. Gallen. Travis Callahan built up his own company in the asset management business and has worked in consulting, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and fundraising for various multinational companies worldwide. He has profound knowledge in legal, asset management and finance.

As Fund Manager, Travis Callahan is primarily responsible for expanding the investor structure and launching new investment vehicles for the Helvetica Property Group.

Helvetica Property Investors AG, Zurich, is the fund advisor for Swiss Real Estate Danmark ApS, a real estate fund under Danish law that operates in Switzerland under the Helvetica Property brand with its own subsidiaries. The Swiss Real Estate Danmark ApS real estate fund invests exclusively in Swiss real estate according to clearly defined criteria. The focus is on the economic areas of Zurich, Basel, Bern, Geneva and Lausanne. The investors are made up of 2500 companies, private and institutional investors.
