Zurich, 1 June 2011: Murat Saydam has been a member of the Helvetica Property Investors AG team since the beginning of June. As property manager, he will above all ensure optimum management of the properties and complement the team with his broad real estate knowledge.

After completing his training as a commercial clerk, Murat Saydam furthered his education to become a real estate manager with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Expertise. He has a broad knowledge in real estate management, knows the peculiarities of property management, the craft for successful building and tenant management and has a great deal of experience in the management of complex commercial properties and project developments. For the last seven years he worked in real estate management at PSP Swiss Property AG and was responsible, among other things, for the management of the Hürlimann site in Zurich.

Helvetica Property Investors AG is a Swiss fund advisor founded by Hans R. Holdener and Thomas C. Holst. The company is advisor and manager for Swiss Real Estate Danmark ApS, a real estate fund under Danish law, which operates in Switzerland under the Helvetica Property brand with its own subsidiaries.
