Helvetica Property Investors approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA)

Since its foundation in 2007, Helvetica Property Investors has become an established player in the Swiss real estate market. The transformation process of becoming a regulated fund management company has allowed Helvetica Property Investors to strengthen the company’s key processes, organization, risk and compliance structures required by FINMA. The authorisation represents a key condition for the further development of the company and opens new and attractive growth opportunities
