As the Head of Property Management, Michael Hafner holds the responsibility for the establishment and leadership of this division. Collaborating with his team, he ensures a professional management, thus securing the long-term preservation of the real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining Helvetica, Michel Hafner served as the Head of Asset Management at Nova Property. Previously, he held positions in the Executive Board at VERIT Immobilien and as Director of Property Management at Migros-Pensionskasse.

With over 25 years of profound experience in the real estate sector, Michel Hafner holds a Swiss Federal diploma as a Real Estate Trustee and a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management.
