Hans R. Holdener

Founder and Member of the Board of Directors

Hans R. Holdener founded Helvetica in 2006 and served as Chief Executive Officer until 2023.

Today, he contributes to Helvetica’s long-term strategic development at Board level.

He has almost three decades of experience in Swiss real estate investment, asset management, capital raising and entrepreneurship. Under his leadership, Helvetica developed into a FINMA-regulated Swiss real estate fund and asset management platform serving institutional investors with dedicated Swiss real estate strategies.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and completed a programme in Customer Relationship Management at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo.
