CEO

As CEO of Helvetica, Marc Giraudon, reports directly to the Board of Directors. He is responsible for the management, operations and development of the organisation, across all functions, ensuring that the strategy and objectives of the organisation are met. As a member of the Investment Committee, Marc ensures the appropriateness of the fund strategy, investment process and financing structure of the Helvetica funds.

Marc Giraudon has over 30 years of experience at all levels in the real estate industry, with a profound knowledge of globally diverse real estate markets, from Europe and the UK to the USA and Russia. Notably, he served as European CFO / COO of a US real estate company for 10 years; and founded, ran and sold a third party real estate and private equity administration company with offices in London, Jersey, Guernsey and Luxembourg; and has provided strategic and management advisory services to real estate, private equity real estate and private equity fund and fund managers.

With years of experience as an independent strategy consultant, Marc Giraudon specializes in return maximization, operational efficiency improvement and risk management. He focuses on satisfying long-term investor needs.

Marc Giraudon holds a degree in business management, An MBA from London Business School and is a UK Chartered Certified Accountant.

He is also bilingual in English and French.
