Mark is Portfolio Manager of the concentrated long term alpha funds. Prior to joining Helvetica, Mark was CIO, European Equities at Putnam Investments, London responsible for research and management of Pan European Equity portfolios. Mark originally joined Putnam Investments in 1990 as an analyst and then portfolio manager within the institutional EAFE equity group, leaving as Managing Director of European Equities in 2000 to take on the same role at Lazard Asset Management. He co-founded Jura Capital in 2003 with Simon Higgo before returning to Putnam Investments from 2004-06. Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Young & Co. after leaving Bristol University in 1980 with an honours degree in Economics & Accounting.
