John joined Helvetica in 2008 to focus on managing and promoting the continued evolution and growth of the Philharmonic suite of funds. He has been involved in the financial industry for over twenty years. Starting his career in 1988 on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), he swiftly moved on to the London International Financial Futures Market (LIFFE) where he formed partnerships to establish finance and manage a series of successful trading companies. He has over the years been involved with personally financing, training and mentoring numerous traders in the capital, commodity and equity derivative markets. More recently, in addition to his trading, John has successfully seeded companies focussed on developing trading and analytical software systems for exchange traded futures and options.
