After joining Morgan Stanley in Zurich in 1991 to set up private banking operations, Hermann rose to the position of CEO of Bank Morgan Stanley as well as being COO of Private Wealth Management for both Switzerland and Germany.
Prior to this he helped set up private banking operations in Switzerland for Commerzbank as well as working for Grindlays Bank with responsibility for middle-eastern clients.
His twenty eight year career has included working for Citibank and the Swiss National Bank.
